Aurora was great, thanks to everyone here who made our last show a memorable one! Now we're going to drive.... and drive... and drive.....

Driving through the Rockies

We're getting to see some awesome scenery as we drive through the mountains to Denver. It's nice and sunny, and the roads are clear!

Made it to Grand Junction

yes it is snowy and cold but we're here and glad to finally catch some Z's.

We stopped in Richfield, Utah for some dinner... Still a couple hundred miles from our destination of the night, Grand Junction.

I LOVE THE VEGAS!

Just spent the afternoon playing $5 blackjack and craps at the Gold Coast casino... And I came out 100 bucks ahead! Woooohoooo! Time to go.

Dust storm

Made it through yet another dust storm this afternoon on Hwy 5. We saw a few more tumbleweeds, too... Ah, the excitement never ends!

I'd like you to meet our traveling companion, this fine ladder that hangs out in the middle of the van all the time. It's wonderful company on the long drive, but makes it a little tricky to get in and out of the van.

On our way to L.A.

Mike's doing a little light reading in the van as we make our way to Los Angeles. Ben's still feeling a little sick, but hopefully our stop at the pharmacy will help hin recover quickly!

Made it to the Pacific Ocean

Just checkin out the beach, a few blocks from the venue we played at last night. It's a GORGEOUS day on Ocean Beach!

Almost through New Mexico

We're enjoying the mountain views as we cruise through New Mexico. The road is very straight & flat and the speed limit is 75. Current van odometer reading: 214,633

Ringing in the New Year

We celebrated the dawn of 2007 with some new friends at the Bangkok Pepper in El Paso. We checked into our hotel and then tried to find a bar to be at when Midnight hit, but no place within walking distance was open. Some nice people let us join their part
